After you create a TDP, you may find that a new revision is needed. Under TDP, click New Revision and you are prompted to save the work. Replace the drawing and for any characteristic that needs modification, you can change the data. Here’s an added tip! To change all the balloons created to a different shape, click Edit and Select All. Then in Drawing, click Balloon Properties and change the shape of the balloon via the drop-down list of shapes and change the balloon size. All selected balloons will display in that shape and/or size

To globally change all balloon color, click Tools and colors and select the palette next to complete balloon. Click on the preferred color.
All the displayed balloons will be the color chosen.
